Halloween!!!

Halloween was a big event for us this year!! First it started out with a party that we hosted for Jaxons friends and parents. It was a lot of fun and consisted of good food, naked pumpkin painting, sugar highs, and ring-a-round the rosie! Then Jaxon wanted to wear his Superman costume all day on Friday...Here's a few pics

Pumpkin Carving

This was Jaxon's first official pumpkin carving experience! Last year Jax wasn't much help and Greg was out of town...so this was more fun to do it as a family!! Check out our works of art!

So this is a new toy storage box that is suppose to be for his cars, but Jaxon decided he would rather sit in it...for a long time. He didn't want to come out!

We have been putting hours into the basement and it is finally almost finished! We only have a few minor things left to do. For example...cover that UGLY utility box! But here are a few pics of the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and of course Jaxon!

As you have seen Jax loves finding "new hats" and what's good for him must be good for Dudley dog, right?

With the Chicago Cubs not winning a championship in 100 years I do wonder if it a smart thing to introduce the cubs to him at a young age. Am I just setting his life up for years of disappointment while he follows his beloved cubs. They can't go another 100 years without winning right? For now he's got a smile while sporting his Cubs pajamas.

PROGRESS!!

WE ARE MAKING PROGRESS!!! This is the basement just days before our carpet is going in!! Greg has put hours of painting in to get it ready for the carpet!! We are soooo close!

This is what you will see when you come down the stairs. The paint color looks a little funky in the picture, but looks awesome in person...And yes, that is our new TV on the wall patiently waiting to be hooked up!!

Angel Food Head
