11 Months Old
No I didn't forget that our baby girl turned 11 months old on 12-10-09...We have just been a wee bit busy! But Kylie DID turn 11 months old and we cannot believe it!! Here is a little update...She is a terribly napper, but sleeps pretty well during the night. I am actually attempting the cry-out nap method right now! :( She is a great eater and prefers finger food to being fed. And...contrary to Jaxon, she trys and likes a variety! YAY!! She still only has 2 teeth. She is not afraid of anything and is adventurous. She is officially taking steps on her own and climbing the stairs, which she thinks is pretty fun. And...as most do, she loves her Dudley Dog!

New Tunes
So one of Jaxon's bday gifts was a personalized CD that says his name in it throughout the different songs. On his bday, he opened up this gift from Auntie Abby and threw it aside not caring a bit about it. Mostly due to the fact that he had no idea who "The Wiggles" were because Abby was misinformed. But after one time of listening to it in his very own CD player...he is hooked! He constantly wants to listen to it, has figured out how to turn on the CD player, knows some of the words, and has created some sweet dance moves! Thanks Auntie Abby for the CD!! This video is for you!!

Our Day
Today Jaxon started a "Just for 3's" class at the Waconia Nursery School! He did a great job and didn't have any separation issues (as usual). This class is suppose to have similar curriculum as preshcool, just at a younger level. He did a great job and said that he had fun. I guess thats a success.

Xmas Cookies!
Tonight, I decided to be Susie homemaker and bake some cookies. And no...they weren't from scratch! I'm not Betty Crocker!! Anyway...Jaxon thought it was fun. He said they were Santa's cookies. He really wanted to make ghost cookies but I told him it wasn't Halloween, so we had to make Christmas cookies...Well they turned out like snowman ghosts!

Yeah, they didn't turn out how I envisioned!

Jaxon's 3rd Birthday!
Jaxon turned 3 yr old on December 5th!! He is such a big boy and impresses us every day. His birthday started out with breakfast in bed (our bed so he could watch TV), decorating our Christmas tree, and a family-filled party! He loved every minute and got such great gifts from everyone. Today he said that he "misses his birthday"! Thank you everyone for making his day extra special!

He then proceeded to leave on the spiderman hat and gloves...which made it hard to open presents!

Got Milk??
So many of you know, Jaxon is not the best eater and does not drink white milk, but tonight, by some miracle, I got him to drink some. He first drank it out of his cereal bowl, but then had a little more out of a cup...I usually wouldn't blog about something like this, but this is a HUGE milestone in our house!!
