Vacation- Part 1

For the past 5 days, we have been on vacation with Bria's moms side of the family. We were not able to return to our usual spot near Hayward, so this year we tried a new cabin. It was Barker Lake Lodge. There was golfing, boating, beach time, and we were also still close to Hayward, Wi. We will soon be on our way to Lutsen, MN for the other half of our trip...

Tonight I took the kids to see the "Teddy Bear Band" up at the city park. Jaxon loved it and was dancing along...

Kylie rolled from her back to her tummy for the first time today!!! Hopefully a video to come soon after I figure out how to upload it.


I got Jaxon some new batman PJs today complete with a cape! He loves them and has been running around the house!

Happy 1/2 Birthday Kylie!!

Kylie turned 6 months old today!! So I decided to do a little photo shoot with the fanciest dress that she has (and that fits her!). Ok...so I got a little carried away!! So far she, smiles, giggles, babbles, rolls side to side and occasionally to her tummy, loves her toes, and eats oatmeal...enjoy!

Parade

Auntie Ri was in her last parade of the season yesterday, so the kids and I, along with Mormor and Papa, went to cheer her on...it was an international "Lions" parade downtown Minneapolis.


Jaxon was collecting flags from all the different states/countries...actually Mormor was a little obsessed about it!

While we were patiently waiting for the Marching Band to come, Jaxon found a caterpiller...It kept him entertained for a LONG time...it was pretty cute

So we got him a leaf from one of the only trees downtown MPLS.

Happy 4th of July!!

Today the kids got to spend the day with Dad while Mom slept! They played on the beach at Mormors and the went to Granddads for a BBQ.
